What the guarantee covers
Replacement nanny
If you are not happy with your nanny, contact us and we will do our best to find you a suitable replacement nanny for the remainder of your trip.
Full refund of the booking fee
If we cannot find you a replacement nanny, or if the situation cannot be resolved to your satisfaction, we will issue a full refund of your platform booking fee.
Dedicated support
Our team is reachable by email at any time during your trip. We take every concern seriously and aim to respond within a few hours.
How to make a claim

Contact us
Email us at support@holidaynannies.com as soon as an issue arises. Include your booking reference and a brief description of the concern.

We investigate
Our team will review the situation and work with you and the nanny to understand what happened.

We resolve it
We'll either arrange a replacement nanny or, if that's not possible, process a full refund of your booking fee — no questions asked.
Important notes
- The guarantee covers the Holiday Nannies platform booking fee only — not the nanny's fee, which is paid directly to the nanny.
- Claims must be raised during your trip or within 48 hours of your nanny's last day of service.
- The guarantee does not apply to cancellations made by the family for reasons unrelated to nanny performance.
- We reserve the right to assess each claim individually and may request supporting information.
