How Nanny Rates Work
- Nannies set their own hourly rates based on experience and qualifications
- Rates vary by destination to reflect local cost of living, whether you are booking in Boracay, Phuket, or another holiday location.
- You pay nannies directly—we don't take any commission from their earnings
- Total cost = (Hourly rate × Hours) + Booking fee

Cancellation Policy
Life happens. We get it. Here's how cancellations work.
More than 14 days before booking
100% refund of booking fee. Full refund of any payments made to nanny (minus their cancellation fee if applicable).
7-14 days before booking
50% refund of booking fee. Nanny payments subject to individual nanny's policy (typically 50% refund).
Less than 7 days before booking
No refund of booking fee. Nanny payments non-refundable (unless nanny agrees to partial refund).
Booking Protection
If your nanny cancels within 48 hours of your booking, we'll find you a replacement at no additional booking fee, or provide a full refund if we can't find a suitable alternative.
Refund Policy
How and when you'll receive your refund
Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear in your account.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for booking. We cannot issue refunds to different cards or accounts.
Dispute Resolution
If there's a disagreement about service quality or hours worked, we'll work with both parties to find a fair resolution. In cases where the nanny failed to meet agreed standards, we may issue partial or full refunds at our discretion.
